Eataly and Starhotels: to promote Italian excellence
The best of Italian wine and food and hospitality together. Here is a summary of the agreement which has just been presented between Eataly and Starhotels.
The Italian hotel chain, headed by Elisabetta Fabri, and the largest food-wine centre in the world, founded by Oscar Farinetti, have announced an exceptional partnership, which aims to strengthen the value and excellence of the Italian imprint throughough the Country and in the world.
The agreement, which signs the official entrance of Eataly in the hotel world, includes that within the Starhotels there will be created dedicated menus, events and collaborations with starred chefs on the territory, apart from consultations and suppost of the food and wine partner in the selection and evaluation of products and primary goods. For Starhotels this partnership – within which Eataly commits for three years to have the hotel chain as only partner in the hotel world – is an answer to the will to offer further quality, variety, territoriality and uniqueness in the food and wine offer of its hotels.

In detail the possibility of living the marriage of excellence at the Rosa Grand of Milano and, soon, in other hotels of the chain. “The Rosa Grand in Milan will be the first facility to offer this marriage of excellence: a choice which had at heart to propose to visitors of Expo Milano 2015 the best possible experience of the unimitable style of Italian living, of elegance and attention to details”, concluded Fabri. Starhotels has 24 four and five star hotels in Italy, New York, Paris and London, equipped also for meetings. The Rosa Grand, for example, found in the historic centre of Milan, offers 330 rooms and 8 meeting rooms with a capacity of hosting up to 300 people.
