Twentieth Century Works on Paper at the Sforza Castle

More than 200 graphic works are displayed at the Castello Sforzesco until 1 July, introducing viewers to the collection of works on paper housed at Milan’s civic museums, libraries and archives.

This authentic gallery of works by Italian masters features masterpieces of Italian graphics selected from among a collection of a million and a half works on paper, 16.000 of which are late 19th and 20th-century sketches.

Unique in terms of their quality and diversity, these works are not generally available for public viewing for conservation reasons.
