We are Grandma’s House, the hand-rolled pasta that lies on the board, the sauce that growls on the fire, the tool left on the table at night.
We put all of these together, stopped them in time, and turned them into the treasure of La Esse Romagnola.
Watering our seed, we saw it sprouting and growing and our “Esse” has become the mark of Romagna-experience, with a central cookery based on local, high quality raw materials, traditional recipies and innovative interpretations.
Everything is selected with care to offer the perfect settings
The menù is cleverly composed to make the most of the iconic Romagna-ingredients: first courses of pasta, made strictly homemade by hour grandmas, second courses of meat, platters and a vegetarian proposal.
From fresh pasta to the most iconic Romagna products: Passatelli, Cappelletti in broth, Bolognese Tagliatelle, but the Cockerel Bully and Meatballs with peas sauce too
