New Head Chef at Radisson Blu Milan
Radisson Blu Milan is thrilled to announce the appointment of Evgeny Sergeev as new Head Chef at the hotel’s restaurant Leonardo.
29 years old, Russian roots with Italian heart, Evgeny developed his professional skills at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio, then at the Michelin-starred restaurant of Hotel La Perla in Corvara and most recently at Mandarin Oriental in Milan.
The new Head Chef is passionate about delicate flavours and has an extraordinary respect for the raw material, preserving its qualities while bringing out all the sensory characteristics. His cuisine is influenced by the Northern Italy tradition, having worked many years in the prestigious restaurant located in the beautiful settings of the Dolomites.
Evgeny will oversee the entire meeting and events catering operations, curating and revamping the gastronomic offering of the hotel’s premium banquets.
In his new role, Evgeny will bring a world of new exciting flavours and a fresh level of creativity to the table. Together with the kitchen team, he will shape new gourmet experiences, making every moment matter for Radisson Blu Milan guests.
Apart from being extremely enthusiastic about gastronomy, he is also very passionate about climbing, basketball and canoeing.
