The Bagatti Valsecchi Museum is one of the most important and best preserved Historic House Museums of Europe and it is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Milan a few steps away from via Montenapoleone in the city’s famous “Quadrilatero” haute couture quarter. The museum is housed in a structure inspired by lordly sixteenth century Lombard mansions. The artistic patrimony gathered at the end of the nineteenth century by the two brothers Fausto and Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi (painted panels, furnishings, ivory, majolica, arms, glass and textiles) is presented, today, just as it was: the uniqueness lies in the creation of an “artistic house” offering an authentic experience of "magic window" onto Milan's recent noble past.
The museum is the perfect setting for moments dedicated to work encounters (cocktails, meetings, conferences, team building activities) and high quality events. Companies, institutions and private individuals may stage special events in the intriguing spaces of the museum, offering an opportunity to live a fascinating experience in one of the city’s most important treasures: the Grand Salon, the Dining Room, the Studio, the Armigeri Room and the contiguous semi-covered Terrace (a rare pearl in Milan in summer and mid seasons). Special events include simple guided tours and exclusive gala dinners, so costs are very different and budgets fit with client’s needs.
